I was very disappointed with the Spa & their handling of a problem we experienced during our stay. On Friday, Dec. 23Rd, I booked (3) massages for 4:30; myself, my husband (we were staying at the hotel) & my son who was meeting us for dinner at your hotel's restaurant. My husband's & my massage were fine but my son's massage table's headrest was broken. Unable to find another table, she went ahead and did the massage. It was not a comfortable or relaxing experience as he had to hold his head up while laying on his stomach. The massuese should have rescheduled the appointment. Also we're wondering why there were 2 different charges for a 75 minute Aromatherapy massage which my husband & I had?
