My stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Philadelphia was good. The location offered fantastic access to sights, and the room was comfy with a beautiful view of City Hall. While I faced some minor service delays, the ambiance made my visit enjoyable. Looking forward to returning!

while staying at the ritz-carlton, philly, i was overwhelmingly impressed by the wonderful staff who went the extra mile to assist me, and the luxurious ambiance that truly embodies old-world charm. consider dining in their beautiful lounge for memorable views.

Loved the location!

Had a good stay for 1 night in a Guest room with 2 doubles. The location was awesome, and the check-in was super quick. Staff were friendly at the concierge. But the room felt kinda cramped and the shower pressure was weak. The bar area had a nice vibe, though, so that was a plus!

Loved the club lounge access with tasty snacks and drinks. The workout area was well-equipped, and the view from my room was stunning.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the Liberty Bell and the Franklin Square's giant checker set, which was a blast for all of us. The staff were super friendly, making us feel welcome. The beds were comfy, and everything was clean and tidy.

We encountered an issue when we checked in. Our room had loud street noise that made it hard to sleep. When we asked for help, the receptionist just offered ear plugs instead of finding us a quieter room. That was disappointing.

However, I felt like a bellhop in my own hotel—no one carried my bags. And the shower's water was a surprise party every time. talk about living dangerously!

Valet service took almost an hour. Nice hotel with great location and friendly entertainment staff. Bicycle rentals were convenient for exploring the area.

Impressive location and spacious rooms

I recently stayed here for two nights in a Guest Room with a king-sized bed and City Hall view. The location is perfect for sightseeing, and the room was spacious and clean, offering great comfort after a day of exploring. However, the service left a lot to be desired, as the check-in process was disorganized and I experienced issues with staff communication.

The local eats are undeniable! Loved hitting up Fogo de Chao for some bomb Brazilian steak—it's a meat lovers paradise. Plus, getting my morning fix at La Colombe was a highlight! The location is prime for exploring city staples. 🥩☕

The ice machine on our floor was a no-show. Still, not great when you're craving a cold drink after a long day.
